Ingredients
½ cup sugar
¾ tsp soutie sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 egg white
2 tbsp water
1 cup brazil nuts
Method
heat oven to 150 c/ 300 f
in a bowl, combine sugar, soutie sea salt, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg
in a small bow,l stir together egg white and water, then add to the sugar-spice mix, and combine
add nuts and stir until the nuts are completely coated in the syrup
drain excess liquid from the bowl and place nuts in a single layer on a tray lined with baking paper
bake for 40 minutes until the nuts are golden and crispy
