Ingredients
½ head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 cups flour
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
soutie garlic & chilli salt, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
olive oil spray
Method
preheat oven to 180 c/ 365 f
in a shallow bowl mix flour, species, and add soutie garlic & chilli salt, and mix until combined
in a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk
dip each floret into the egg mix and then into the spiced flour mix, ensuring each floret is well coated with each
place cauliflower on a lined baking tray and spray liberally with the olive oil
place in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, until tender and golden
